The outage was due to a faulty power supply. We’ve swapped out the power supply and the node is coming back online now. We’ll update again in another 15 minutes.

We currently have all hands on deck and a people on site at the data center investigating the issue. We’ll update again in about 15 minutes.

Node 7 on ey02 is down. We’re investigating and will it it back online asap.

All affected slices have been brought back up. We are now working to ensure that all sites are operational. 

Slices are continuing to come back up. We are running checks on all slices on ey01 to determine the problematic slices left.

The problematic equipment issue has been resolved, we are continuing to work to bring up effected slices.

We have found and fixed the problem, and are now working to ensure that all sites are operational.

We have identified the problematic equipment and our engineers are working to resolve the issue. More information will be posted as it comes to hand.
