All was quiet on the home front Friday — and today was no different.

EY05 Issue — Resolved

We experienced some connectivity issues on EY05 for about 15 minutes due to a configuration issue on the Gateway. We’ve failed over to our secondary gateway and everything is looking good now. Please open a ticket at http://support.engineyard.com if you have any recurring issues.

We are currently experiencing some connectivity issues on ey05. We have our engineers looking into the issue right now.

Wednesday update

Aside from Mysql 50-2 on ey00 Server Restored, the clusters were in good form and we experienced no failures.

We have completed the steps to promote the replica now and service has been restored.

Emergency Maintenance at Heraklesdata

Dear Engine Yard Customer,

Our West Coast data center was required to perform an emergency maintenance on an uninterrupted power supply system, beginning today, January 27th, at 09:20 (-8 GMT). This maintenance is expected to last until midnight tonight. This maintenance is being performed to correct an issue. No customer downtime is anticipated during this routine maintenance.
