The raidsets with the new drives have completed rebuilding.

The shelf has been swapped and i/o resumed. The 2 bad drives have been replaced and the raidsets are rebuilding.

The I/O for the shelf has been frozen as we swap it. Once the new shelf is in place and functional we will resume I/O and update the blog.

Emergency Shelf Replacement Maintenance to swap ey04-shelf1 has begun. The I/O for the shelf will be frozen in about 15 – 30 mins. We will blog once the I/O to the shelf is frozen as that will mark the official outage.

We also apologise for those clients monitoring the blog for the raid array rebuild post, we meant we’ll continue to e-mail and not blog affected customers every 2-hours..

The degraded raid arrays have all completed rebuilding. All disks on the shelf are functioning optimally.

The swap of ey03 shelf2 is done and i/o resumed, the rebuild of the bad array is going on right now. We will update the blog every 2 hours with the update of the raid array rebuild.
