		<description>Blake received a lengthy explanation via the ticketing system which he was satisfied with.  There was a single customer with a 12GB database and numerous bad queries that was driving mysql50-2 into swap. We have since moved the customer off.</description>

		<description>This was a lot more than a 5 minute outage.  My site has been down for over 2 hours, and is still not fixed.  The server may be back up, but a lot of tables got screwed up, and it has been slow going to get it resolved.</description>
